Well come to recipe of a Hunza local dish named Giyalin........

Giyalin
Giyalin is a local occasional dish of a Hunza valley. It is specially made on the occasion of Ginani, and Ginani is an event which is performed after the cultivation of a crop specially the wheat. In the month of May and June when wheat began to prepare, all the owners of a land go to their fields to enjoy the Ginani event with Giyalin.
Recipe of Giyalin:

  • Take flour in a bowl
  • After taken flour take a jug of water
  • Then mix flour and pour water in flour until it takes a liquid form
  • In that mixer we can put egg and salt to make it tasty
  • Now the material is prepare. so make circle chapaati and make layer of a batter on Giyalin 
  • Now tasty Giyalin is ready to eat.
